The engineers who built it stay on the floor that runs it.

FAQs
What does “managed” include?
Monitoring, changes, and incident response on a named team, with agreed targets for each service. The team that builds it can keep running it after cutover.
Is support US-based?
Yes. The operations floor is US-based and staffed around the clock so after-hours incidents are not left to a keyword queue meeting the estate cold.
Can you manage only one part of the stack?
Yes. Managed Secure SD-WAN, Managed Microsoft 365, Managed Cloud, Managed Microsoft Security, MDR for Microsoft, and Tenant & Licensing can be scoped separately or together. You do not have to hand over the whole estate to start.
Do we keep our internal IT team?
Co-managed arrangements are scoped at onboarding. Arrow does not require you to hand over the whole department. Internal owners keep the decisions that should stay internal.
How are incidents handled?
The team that already runs the environment picks up. You are not routed through a keyword queue that relearns critical systems during the incident.
How does Managed Services relate to Professional Services?
Professional Services design and deliver defined outcomes. Managed Services stay on the floor after go-live. Many customers move from an Arrow project into managed operations with the same names throughout.
What are the response targets?
Response targets are set in your service agreement. Existing clients reach their named team directly.
Can managed services start after an Arrow project?
Yes. Ongoing operations can move to the same names that built the environment when you want that continuity.
